The McGovern Gallery of Presidents at the Ronald Reagan museum gives you an overview of the American presidencies from George Washington up to today. You can view reproductions of portraits provided by the White House Historical Association. You can read materials including biographies, political campaigns, and other significant documents dating back to 1823 like the Declaration of Independence.
Launch Theater is a video production you can sit and watch at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Museum. This will take you back through the childhood years of Ronald Reagan and up until his presidency.
The Early Years gallery of the museum covers Ronald Reagan’s life as a radio broadcaster and as a Hollywood actor. You can view many artifacts, images, and audio presentations. This gallery also includes Reagan’s time in the U.S. Air Force active duty during World War II with the first motion picture unit. His marriage to Nancy Davis is appreciated here too.
The 1965 white Ford Mustang that Ronald Reagan drove during his early years as Governor of California is also displayed at this museum. This car was used in his campaign and became famous from then entry way of his residence as governor.

The Ronald Reagan Museum and Library is open everyday of the year except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. The hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will find the museum located at the top of a hill on 40 Presidential Drive in Simi Valley California. This location has a fabulous view of the ocean and is amazing.
Admissions of the museum are free for children 10 and under, ages 11-17 are $3, and adults $12. Seniors 62 and over can get in for only $9.
