With cell phones as an absolute necessity in today’s society, you want to get the cell phone plan that suits you the best.
While there are a number of cell phone service providers out there, there is usually one that most suits your needs.
I will highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the major cell phone service providers, T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon.
Cheapest cell phone plans and they often offer great free phones. On the downside, the reception is often poor in many areas.
Decently priced cell phone plans that are more expensive than T-Mobile. However, you have the luxury of rollover minutes, which means that unused minutes carry over from month to month. You also get great reception. They offer a few nice phones at a low price.
We have all seen the commercials “Can you hear me now?” And to be honest, it does offer the best reception signal and service than T-Mobile and AT&T. As a result, it is the most expensive service provider of the three. Furthermore, Verizon does not offer great deals on cell phones. And if you have a family plan, you will need to purchase a phone for every line, while T-Mobile and At&t often offer great free phones, such as the Samsung A737 or Motorola Razr.
With that being said, there are a couple major points to pay attention to while selection a service provider, such as T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon.
One major aspect of a service provider is how strong the reception signal is in your area. Ask people who have the various services about how the service is in your area. For example, T-Mobile has the cheapest plans, but its service is worse than other providers. However, if the T-Mobile reception signal is strong in your area and you rarely travel far, then it would be in your best interest to purchase a T-Mobile cell phone plan. But if the reception is horrible, then you should get either At&t or Verizon.
If you are deciding on a family plan, then T-Mobile is by far the cheapest. They also offer great phones for free and a number of great discounts, such as free activation. AT&Tt also offers great plans at prices better than Verizon.
Amount of Minutes
T-Mobile offers the cheapest plan based on the number of minutes offered. To get a high minute plan, you will need to pay as much as 20 or 30 dollars more per month with Verizon. Though AT&T is more expensive than T-Mobile, it offers rollover minutes. This can add up to a lot of extra minutes.
I would suggest getting the AT&T plan if you are looking for a decently priced plan with great reception. The flexibility of their service is great and it is more of a mixture of both T-Mobile and Verizon’s strengths.
