Illegal Immigrants Should Leave America

by kick node

For quite a long time now, immigration has been a huge debate. Now, it is one of the biggest debates in the United States. What this paper is focusing on are the illegal immigrants. So many come across the border to find a better future. Some people would say that it is horrible of us to turn away people who just want a better life. But will them living here be a good thing?
Most people would think that all that the illegal immigrants want is a better life. That it would be wrong for us to deny them that. But there is something that people do not know about. The crimes that the Mexicans commit are staggering. Over the course of seven years, illegal immigrants committed one million sex crimes. That is about 142,850 crimes a year. And obviously enough, they are already committing crimes. They are called illegal immigrants for a reason.

In the 1990s, there was an estimate on the amount of gang members in the 18th street gang in southern California. About 60% of the 20,000 gang members were illegal immigrants. That comes up to 12,000 illegal immigrants who are gang members. Police officers estimate that illegal immigrants actually make up more than 60%. If in one gang, there are 12,000 illegal aliens, then how much is there nationwide? Well, police officers are actually not allowed to ask of the immigrant’s status.

In some states, there is a protection law that prohibits police officers to ask whether and immigrant is illegal or not. Even if the police officer has reason to ask, he of she is not allowed to. That means that the police officer may not apprehend any person for suspicions on their immigrant status. Due to that law, the police officer has to wait for the illegal alien to commit a crime before he of she is apprehended. So in the time in-between, the illegal alien can rape someone, molest a child, commit murder, or theft. If he is apprehended, he will be sent back across the border where he will come back illegally. So if 500,000 illegal immigrants come over each year, then how many crimes are committed a year?

To cross the border illegally, some immigrants will look for guides. The Mexicans in particular use Coyotes. The Coyotes are paid about $2,000 to guide one person across the border. With about 500,000 illegal aliens coming across every year, that is about $1,000,000,000. If someone would take his money and invest it in his or her own country, the country would be better. That person would have a nicer place for his or her kids to live in, and there would be no chance for death. Crossing the border is dangerous and many die along the road. Investing it in the town is a smarter way to do it. Illegal Immigrations would be cut down and no one would die crossing the border.

Illegal Immigration has been misunderstood by many. There are those that would argue that they need a better life. But they can have that if they do not throw their money away crossing a border. There are those who say that cultural diversity is what makes up the core of our country. But does that make up for all the crimes that illegal aliens commit each year? Where in our Declaration of Independence, the document that founded our country, does it say that cultural diversity is what our country is made of? If the real purpose of illegal immigration is really to find a better life, then the people should fix their country instead of swarming over the United States, or any country for that matter. And if the people really want to go to another country, then do it the legal way.
