Have you ever tried using self tanner to achieve that beautiful, sunny-beach tan look for your skin so your skin didn’t look so pale during the summer? Did you find out fast that the self tanner turned your skin a nasty shade of orange or yellow, and was really streaky and blotchy looking? Have you ever wondered how to get the self tanner off your skin once you have used it and didn’t like how it turned out on your skin? I have tried the self tanners and they all seem to turn my skin orange or yellow and don’t even leave a natural tan, but I know how to remove the self tanners from my skin that could last for days if you don’t know how to get the tanner off.
Self tanner is fairly easy to get off your skin. All you really need to do is take a nice warm baking soda and hydrogen peroxide bath for thirty minutes, then take a good body sugar scrub and scrub your skin with it, and after apply a nice creamy body butter or lotion to help soften and even out your skin tone again.
Now to make the self tanner removing bath you need baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and about a cup of each of them. You can buy these products at any local drug store or grocery store for under a dollar. Once you have the ingredients to make the self tanner removing bath all you need to do is fill up a bath tube with warm soothing water and add a cup of baking soda and a cup of hydrogen peroxide to the bath and mix the bath water up really good. After you have mixed the bath water up you will simply get into the tub and take a nice long bath for thirty minutes and after thirty minutes you should see the self tanner coming off of your skin because the water of your bath will change colors greatly.
Now once you are done soaking in the self tanner removing bath you want to drain the water from the tube and get out that sugar body scrub. You can by body sugar scrub at any beauty and bath store for fewer than ten dollars. All you do is take your sugar scrub and scrub your skin from head to toe until you have scrub all you skin clean of dried discolored flaky skin and then you rinse all the sugar scrub off you body under a nice warm ten minute shower.
Once you have used your sugar scrub and have taken a nice warm ten minute shower you can dry off with a warm fluffy towel and apply some body butter or lotion to your skin to help soften it and restore normal skin complexion. By then all your self tanner should be removed, but however if some still remains in little spots on your skin just take the baking soda and make a paste with water and apply it to your discolored self tanner skin spot for ten minutes and wipe off and that should do the trick. That’s all there is to removing self tanner safely and carefully from your skin!
