We will be making friendship bracelets created with embroidery floss and instructions are included, these are easy and fun to create. With the friendship bracelets you need to have a few friends over so you can create them, after all it is not only the items; it is also the creation of these friendship bracelets, which makes them even more special.
Friendship bracelets made with embroidery floss are a cool way to show your friends just how much you care about them. If you really want to have the coolest friendship bracelets ever, gather all of your best friends and have fun creating them together.
Each girl will bring a skein of one color of embroidery floss, an item, which will be used to create these friendship bracelets. There is a small chance two or more girls will bring the same color, so you will need to specify that each girl bring light blue, dark blue, or whatever colors you choose.
Once all the girls have arrived and are ready to begin having fun the colors need to be separated. A parent will need to cut all the embroidery floss into 25-inch pieces and sort them by color on a hanger or over the back of a chair. With each girl bringing a skein of this you will have enough for many friendship bracelets.
Each girl will get one strand of each color to create her friendship bracelet made with embroidery floss, this way all are the same unifying the girls into a best friend group. Once all the colors have been separated, one person will carefully gather one strand of each color per girl.
Once the girls get her group of embroidery floss, strands they will tie a knot in one end to hold the pieces together easily. Now that knotted end of the strand will be tapped to the tabletop or another flat surface with a bit of masking tape and begin making her friendship bracelet made with embroidery floss.
For simplicity’s sake each, I will use standard colors, but if you do not have the mentioned colors, use one similar. Take the yellow strand of embroidery floss loop it over itself and then over itself once more, holding it tight, pull it straight thereby knotting it. Repeat that step again with the yellow strand, one more time and when finished grab the pink embroidery floss strand.
With this pink embroidery floss strand, you will slip it over the yellow strand and under it as well, repeating once more time to tie off the knot. Now grab the blue strand and tie it as you did the pink on, only this time tying the knot on the pink strand. When you are finished with the blue strand repeat the process with the rest of the colors of embroidery floss, tying the next strand on the last strand and continue until you reach the desired length of friendship bracelet made with embroidery floss.
Cut the excess embroidery floss off when you have the desired length of a friendship bracelet and tie the ends together with a knot. Enjoy your friendship bracelets made with embroidery floss and wear them proudly, by having many colors in these they will match any outfit that you have.
