The five year anniversary of the Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival is coming and will be in Cleveland, Ohio for three days. The town of Avon is located 25 minutes from West of downtown Cleveland Ohio and there is much to do at the Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival. Some of the more popular things that bring so many people to the Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival are the carnival rides, great food, being able to check out local vendors, play games, do duct tape crafting, looking at the duct tape art and fashion exhibits, the enjoyment of the live entertainments, and being able to enter into the daily Duck tape brand duct tape giveaway, and many more reasons.
The three day festival celebrates duct tape and Avon, Ohio has been proclaimed the “Duct Tape Capital” of the world. The Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival will start off on Friday the 13th of June from 4 pm to 11 pm, they will reopen on June 14th at 11 am and close down at 11 pm, the Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival will end on Sunday the 15th but will be open throughout the day from 11 am to 5 pm.
There are many events that you and your family will enjoy on each day of the Cleveland, Ohio festival.
On June 13th some of the activities that you will get to enjoy is the “Joy-Unspeakable” the living statue that begins at 4pm, music by “Dann and Lilley” in the Beer Garden at 5:30 pm, and at 8:30 pm you will get to enjoy the “Mr. Speed” kiss tribute. These are only some of the many events that will be taken place on this day.
On June 14th the day is lined up with numerous events for you to enjoy including the Parade that starts at 10 am at the Avon Village School and will continue until it reaches the Avon Middle School. There will also be another performance of “Joy-Unspeakable” the living statue that will be held at 4 pm. From 12 noon until 3 pm the Avon Police Department will be doing Kid Prints for the children near the main stage. At 1 pm “T and Rich” from Howl at the Moon will be performing and at 5 pm “Roger and the Ramjets” will be there to entertain. Starting at 8pm the National recording artists “Gary Lewis and the Playboys” will be playing. There will also be a lot more for you to enjoy including refreshments and food.
June the 15th at noon “The Roadhouse Band” will be playing and following their performance will be “Billy Sullivan” in the Beer Garden. These are a few of the entertainments that you don’t want to miss out on.
The cost of the individual tickets for the rides varies but is available and you can also purchase an All-U-Can-Ride wristband for $15.
