On June 28th through the 29th the Colorado Brewers’ Festival will be making its way into Ft. Collins, Colorado. This will be the 19th annual festival for the town and it is one that has many people excited. At the Colorado Brewers’ Festival there will be many things to keep you entertained while sipping on the great beer, eating the wonderful food, enjoying the great music. There will be a truck load of fun down at the Colorado Brewers’ Festival.
If it is beer your after then you have come to the right place. They will be opening up over 400 kegs of beer starting on Saturday and they aren’t going to stop until Sunday. The Ft. Collins festival will begin at 11 am on Saturday and end at 6 pm on Sunday.
During the two days of the Colorado Brewers’ Festival you will probably have so much fun drinking beer that you might just forget your name. To get your hands on any of the beer you must be at least twenty-one years of age. There is also an entry fee to get into the Colorado Brewers’ Festival.
Food and drinks will also be at the festival but these must be purchased using tokens. The tokens are on sale at Mountain Ave the day of the festivities. The tokens cost $2 each and you can purchase an entry fee for $10 giving you both days of fun or you can purchase a Sunday only entry fee for $6.
If you decide to drink, then drink wise and bring a designated driver. There will be samples that are non-beer for the designated drivers.
The samples of beer at the Colorado Brewers’ Festival are from companies such as Anheuser-Busch, Big Horn Brewery/CB Potts, Coopersmith’s Pub & Brewing, and many other breweries. And what is beer without entertainment? You can look forward to great tunes to help get this party started. Many local Colorado bands will be at the festival to entertain you.
The proceeds at the Colorado Brewers’ Festival will be going to help out different events that are held in Colorado each year. Some of the events that it will help to fun are the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Santa Clause, The Holidays Downtown, free summer concerts, and the 4th of July downtown. Drinking beer and helping the town might be something that you are interested in or what you might use as an excuse to a spouse to drink the beer.
If you feel the need to volunteer the Colorado Brewers’ Festival is a great place to start. There will be given t-shirts and free entries for all those who volunteer for the Colorado festival.
