After almost 7 1/2 weeks now my customer has lost 29 1/2 pounds by eating the 3 must have super foods, which included Oatmeal, chicken, and salad, but now has a little extra help to this diet, which gave her lots of energy, a great look, quick weight loss, and a better outlook on diets. 3lilangels: Now that is has been 7 1/2 weeks I must say your weight loss is astonishing. You look so much more confident, healthier, and have such a glow of pure happiness. Is there anything else different you did on this diet than what you have told me before in the first interview 3 must have foods?
Barbara: To be honest I basically stuck to my menu that I provided in the first interview, but I was told by my doctor that peaches and cucumbers were a great addition for my weight loss. So I added the peaches and more cucumbers since the last interview by alternating different dishes with them.
3lilangels: Peaches and cucumbers hmmmmmmmm that’s quite an interesting addition to the chicken, oatmeal, and salad. Why must you add these to your diet? What makes these two foods a Must have/super food to lose weight?
Barbara: Well first the peaches are very healthy for you. A peach contains lots of nutrition. Believe it or not a peach has Vitamin A,Vitamin B, Potassium, protein, and many medical benefits like helps with high blood pressure, constipation, Bronchitis, kidney stones and helps lose weight. Now the cucumber also is very high in water, potassium, Vitamin C, fiber, and helps you lose weight. Cucumbers can help benefit people with arthritis, lower their cholesterol, and improve your metabolism to lose weight.
3lilangels: Wow, I didn’t really know this. I mean I knew these two foods were good for you, but didn’t realize the amazing health benefits of them. OK so how many peaches and cucumbers would you say you eat in a week? I know in the first interview you have a few cucumbers listed in the salad. Do you eat them alone or do you add them to a certain dish?
Barbara: I eat 3 peaches a week plus 4 cucumbers a week. I mainly eat the peaches by themselves, or once in a while I will put the peaches in a 1/2 cup of yogurt with some almonds. Then the cucumbers I add to my green salad mix like I did before only this time I add a whole small cucumber, which I do twice. Then the other 2 cucumbers for the week I make a dish called cucumber bakers delight. This is basically a very simple yet tasty dish for being on a diet. First you cut your cucumber take out some of the pulp. Then drizzle a dab of vinegar, chopped onion, pepper, and salt on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 325.
3lilangels: Now that’s sounds really good for anyone who loves cucumbers. I think I will try this now that summer is here and I love to have salads and cucumbers. You have now lost 29 1/2 pounds how much more weight would you like to lose? Would you recommend all dieters to stick to this diet of yours?
Barbara: I would like to lose 11 more pounds to be at my goal, so hopefully next time you see me for my hair I will have achieved this. Yes, if you start this diet please stick to it. You will lose not only weight but also drastic inches all over your body. Just be prepared to go shopping for a new wardrobe after a few weeks.
